DT Swift Hokkaido Branch Newly Established

We have established the "Hokkaido Branch" based in Hokkaido Northwest Region.

DT Swift INC. has expanded its business and, along with gaining access to global markets, has newly opened a Hokkaido Branch in addition to its Osaka headquarters.

Background

DT Swift was founded in 2016 (Heisei 28) as an integrated real estate investment company, primarily based in Osaka.

The company offers brokerage services for real estate transactions, ranging from single-family homes to hotel sales, including the sale of real estate for educational institutions. To meet the needs of overseas investors, DT Swift accurately identifies their requirements and proposes appropriate properties and services that meet these needs.

As part of the company’s business strategy and policy, we have decided to launch new business ventures in Hokkaido.
